Organizational Approvals

AAPH – American Association of Professional Hypnotherapists

The American Association of Professional Hypnotherapists was founded in 1980 to support hypnotherapists in establishing and successfully operating their own hypnotherapy businesses.

It remains the main mission of the association today. As technology continues develop and small business changes for the 21st century, AAPH brings new know-how and resources to our members: industry news and information, hypnotherapy information, business information and support, and technical business resources.

IACT – International Association of Counselors & Therapists

The International Association of  Counselors and Therapists is a premier association for holistic  practitioners that provides a forum where members may exchange ideas,  information, techniques and methodologies.

Establishing itself apart from the rest  as a multidisciplined association, which specializes in holistic  techniques. IACT’s membership includes medical practitioners, psychologists,  clinical social workers, coaches, stress consultants, NLP practitioners, clergy,  licensed massage therapists, hypnotists, hypnotherapists, biofeedback  specialists, nutritionists, educators, mental health therapists, substance  abuse counselors and others in the helping, healing arts.

ICBCH – International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy

The International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy is a worldwide hypnosis association organization that provides education to the public and professionals via live training classes and homestudy courses about the benefits of clinical hypnosis, and recognizes hypnosis certification programs and hypnotherapy certification courses. We now also provide training on medical meditation, NLP and life coaching. It was created to set international standards of excellence, and to promote clinical hypnotherapy and related fields of social science. Our broadest goals are to insure quality hypnosis training opportunities and help enhance the standing of clinical hypnotherapy. Our narrower focus is to assist individuals and organizations in being recognized for achieving a level of quality within the field of hypnotherapy.

IHF – International Hypnosis Federation

The International Hypnosis Federation is dedicated to leadership that builds an excellent membership organization that supports humanistic attitudes, practices and practitioners. SET – Society of Experiential Trance

The Society of Experiential Trance is an inclusive Open Community Society of Altered States of Consciousness, Focused Trance Thoughtforms, Guided Imagery, Hypnosis, Meditation, and other forms of Trancework. The function of the Society is to provide recognition for achievement while fostering a community in which competence and innovation are recognized as well as providing a bridge in which those utilizing hypnosis and trance in a variety of contexts can meet as equals, sharing techniques and experiences with one another within a caring and thoughtful community. Membership in the Society is gained through honors nomination or through one of several competence demonstration opportunities.
